Subscription Terms
1. Subscription
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (each week, month, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.
2. Payment Method
Payment is charged to the payment method provided at the time of purchase upon confirmation. By subscribing, you authorize Kodree to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method.
3. Cancellation
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Important: Deleting the app or stopping usage does not cancel your subscription.
To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel before the end of your current billing period.
If you purchased a subscription on the App Store:You may cancel a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period. If you purchased a subscription on Google Play:You may cancel a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period. You alone can manage your subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription on our websites:To avoid being charged cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription purchased on our website in your profile.
How to cancel in the web version:1.
Log in to your account.
2. Click the
profile icon in the upper‑right corner.
3. Select
My Subscriptions.
4. Click
Manage subscription.
5. Choose
Cancel subscription.
If you are unable to cancel via your account, please email
support@kodree.com at least 3 days before the renewal date, using the email registered with our service.
Your subscription is considered canceled once our support team processes the request and sends a confirmation email.
After cancellation, auto‑renewal will be disabled, but you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of the current billing period.
4. Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the app and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent way. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
5. Refunds
Refund requests can be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided the user has given the platform a fair try by completing at least one module.
To request a refund, email support@kodree.com from the email registered in our service and include:
– the reason the platform did not meet your expectations;
– the percentage of the course completed.
Refunds are issued at Kodree’s discretion if the request meets the criteria outlined above.
Please note:
– Renewal payments are non‑refundable.
– Refunds are not available after the subscription period expires, as the service is considered fully consumed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
